Meticulous Servicing of Critical Valves
Our role in this project involved servicing various Neles™ critical valves, including On-Off Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, and Control Valves. Our dedicated team of engineers and mechanical resident contractors demonstrated their expertise and attention to detail by meticulously servicing 24 Neles valves, with 11 of these requiring specialized Oxygen Cleaning.
Comprehensive and Systematic Process
The Turnaround project spanned over two weeks, during which our team followed a systematic process to ensure the highest standards of service quality. This process included receiving valves in their as-found condition, disassembling, conducting discovery reporting, servicing, performing oxygen cleaning where necessary, reassembling, testing, and generating a comprehensive service report. Additionally, our team provided daily progress updates, maintaining transparency and collaboration with Linde Gas throughout the project.
Post-Project Review and Continuous Improvement
Following the Turnaround, we are looking forward to presenting a comprehensive report to Linde Gas. This report will not only document the work done but also discuss lessons learned during the project. Our aim is to manage service records effectively for future reference and to review the serviced valves in detail.
